Terms & Conditions
- All guests are required to register and to pay their balance on arrival.
- Bookings should be cancelled 2 weeks in advance.
- A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
- Guests will still be charged for a “no show”. Payment will be taken from their debit/credit card.
- On day of departure, all rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am.
- Guests may check in from 12 noon onwards. If guests wish to check in at an earlier time, they can check-in, leave their luggage and return when the room is ready.
- Keys must be returned on day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged for.
- Guests that require to check in after 7pm, please telephone and inform the guesthouse of your approximate arrival time.
- Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for.
- Menzies Guesthouse operates a strict no smoking policy.
- We accept all major credit, switch and visa cards and others.
